Eye Tech Training's COA Prep Course (by Sharon Alamalhodaei, COMT, OSC)

DO YOU HAVE MULTIPLE TECHNICIANS WHO NEED TO TAKE THIS COURSE?
1. Please DO NOT purchase multiple copies on one account as the exams cannot be transferred or reassigned.
2. Each user must purchase the exam using their own, unique JCAHPO account. Create a new account.
3. Each JCAHPO account MUST have a unique email address.
4. The Prep Course includes individual tutoring with Sharon and access to her online student study group. Printed copies of the course and two 200 Q practice exams are available for purchase at a nominal fee from Sharon.
5. In order to get all of these valuable benefits each technician MUST purchase their own course.
This course is a comprehensive preparatory course covering all COA© examination content areas including the new test content effective August, 2018. It is comprised of five separate, self-paced learning modules, and a sample 162 question test. The student can review any modules they wish at any time during the six months of course access.

This course is designed to be fun and interesting with videos, pictures and original music. The instructor demonstrates various technicians skills via video clips. Included in the course fee is one-on-one tutoring with the instructor following the course for any questions or additional help with the course content.

  3. Describe the major modalities for assessing visual function and detecting eye disease.

I recommend this course to anyone who is interested in pursuing their COA certification. I encourage you to get this course and her books. This course was informative and extremely helpful. I appreciated the fact that you can always seek assistance from Sharon in times of difficulty. She answered every question and responded to me whenever I reached out to her. You won't regret it; she is very knowledgeable, and she wants you to succeed. So glad I purchased it.
