Course Description:

Attaining quality pre-operative IOL measurements can be a challenge when dealing with dry eyes. Recent studies show that women are more prone to have Dry Eye Syndrome. This course will present methods on how to capture stable, accurate, and repeatable pre-operative IOL measurements of diagnosed dry eyes.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Describe why women are more prone to Dry Eye Syndrome at a particular age.
  2. Discuss ways to manage the challenges of obtaining IOL calculations on patients with Dry Eye Syndrome.
