Course Description:

This course will review abnormalities of eyelid structure and function that contribute to dry eye disease including lagophthalmos, ectropion, incomplete blink, and laxity. Treatment options to improve these conditions will be discussed as well.


Learning Objectives:
  1. Discuss abnormalities of the eyelids and adnexa contributing to dry eye disease.
  2. Discuss oculoplastic treatment techniques to improve dry eye signs and symptoms.
