This course will discuss a retina practice's experience with lean implementation. The course will discuss lean principles and how to apply them in a clinical setting, utilizing front line staff to assess inefficiencies and develop trials to improve clinic flow. Attendees will also learn how to track improvements using metrics and visibility across the clinical department.
