IJCAHPO Technicians Program in conjunction with EPSAA Scientific Meeting
Register for the EPSAA/IJCAHPO Education Day, a one-day event on January 31, 2026, in Banff, Alberta.
This event will feature a variety of interesting sessions presented by world leaders in ophthalmology.

Cancellation/Refund Requests:
  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by IJCAHPO in writing prior to the registration and cancellation deadline noted in the program brochure. A cancellation fee will be deducted from each cancelled registration to cover a portion of IJCAHPO's processing costs.
  • Refunds will not be offered for cancellation requests received after the deadline or for non-attendance.
  • Refunds will be processed no later than 6 weeks after the program date.

Cancellation of Program by IJCAHPO:
  • If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by IJCAHPO, attendees will be notified by email as soon as possible. Attendees will be offered the ability to be transferred to the new date (if applicable) or another program as well as the ability to refund their registration fees.
