On Friday, April 25, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, IJCAHPO will host a COA Written Certification Exam Prep Session in conjunction with the Technicians and Nurses Program and ASCRS/ASOA Annual Meeting in Los Angeles.

Description:This course is designed to prepare the attendee for the IJCAHPO COA multiple-choice certification exam. This prep course will provide a general review of all content areas covered in the COA certification examination.

Disclaimer: IJCAHPO does not require nor guarantee a passing score on the COA, COT, or COMT examinations with the purchase of and participation in the IJCAHPO COA, COT, or COMT certification examination preparation sessions. Course material is based on the instructor's interpretation of the content areas outlined in the IJCAHPO Criteria for Certification and Recertification Handbook. The instructors of this review session have no direct knowledge of the specific certification exam questions.

Price: $55

Registration for the main Technicians & Nurses program is separate from the Certification Exam Prep Session. Attendees must register and pay a fee separate and independent of the main program.


Registrants will receive an automated e-mail confirmation to the preferred e-mail address indicated in their online profile. If no valid e-mail address exists, a confirmation will be mailed. If you have not received a confirmation prior to the program date, please call our Administrative Services Department at (800) 284-3937.

Special accommodations: IJCAHPO provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations to individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for special accommodations. Specific special accommodations should be related to functional limitations. Please include additional supporting documentation from the medical professional who diagnosed the condition. It is essential that the documentation of the disability provide a clear explanation of the current functional limitation(s) and a rationale for the requested accommodation.



Cancellation/Refund Requests:
  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by IJCAHPO in writing prior to the registration and cancellation deadline noted in the program brochure. A cancellation fee will be deducted from each cancelled registration to cover a portion of IJCAHPO's processing costs.
  • Refunds will not be offered for cancellation requests received after the deadline or for non-attendance.
  • Refunds will be processed no later than 6 weeks after the program date.

Cancellation of Program by IJCAHPO:
  • If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by IJCAHPO, attendees will be notified by email as soon as possible. Attendees will be offered the ability to be transferred to the new date (if applicable) or another program as well as the ability to refund their registration fees.
