The one day Florida Continuing Education Program will feature a wide variety of topics and speakers. The program is scheduled to run Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Attendees can earn up to 7 IJCAHPO credits for attending.

Registration for the main EYEXchange Florida program and the Certification Exam Prep Session are separate enrollments. Attendees must register and pay a fee separate and independent of the main program.

Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) Certification Exam Prep Session
This course is designed to prepare the attendee for the IJCAHPO COA multiple-choice certification exam. This prep course will provide a general review of all content areas covered in the COA certification examination.




Registrants will receive an automated e-mail confirmation to the preferred e-mail address indicated in their online profile. If no valid e-mail address exists, a confirmation will be mailed. If you have not received a confirmation prior to the program date, please call our Administrative Services Department at (800) 284-3937.

Special accommodations: IJCAHPO provides reasonable and appropriate accommodations to individuals with documented disabilities who demonstrate a need for special accommodations. Specific special accommodations should be related to functional limitations. Please include additional supporting documentation from the medical professional who diagnosed the condition. It is essential that the documentation of the disability provide a clear explanation of the current functional limitation(s) and a rationale for the requested accommodation.



Cancellation/Refund Requests:
  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by IJCAHPO in writing prior to the registration and cancellation deadline noted in the program brochure. A cancellation fee will be deducted from each cancelled registration to cover a portion of IJCAHPO's processing costs.
  • Refunds will not be offered for cancellation requests received after the deadline or for non-attendance.
  • Refunds will be processed no later than 6 weeks after the program date.

Cancellation of Program by IJCAHPO:
  • If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by IJCAHPO, attendees will be notified by email as soon as possible. Attendees will be offered the ability to be transferred to the new date (if applicable) or another program as well as the ability to refund their registration fees.
