Course Description:

Triaging patients on the phone and examining patients in the clinic has the potential to identify conditions that need urgent attention. The purpose of this course is to review oculoplastic surgery scenarios on the phone that may necessitate urgent care. In addition, a number of oculoplastics conditions in the clinic will be reviewed that should not be missed.


Learning Objectives:
  1. Recognize the signs and symptoms suggestive of conditions that need urgent attention.
  2. Describe characteristics of some oculoplastic conditions.
