Course Description:

We will be discussing several of the in-office methods for corneal stabilization. From preoperative considerations of ruptured globes and planned PKPs, to post-operative DMEK rebubbling procedures, we will review the several types of interventional corneal surgeries and how we manage them in the office.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Discuss the different types of corneal transplants.
  2. Determine what constitutes a corneal emergency, and what we can do in the office to stabilize.
  3. Identify post-operative in-office procedures needed for the longevity and health of the cornea.
