This course will discuss the visual pathways, visual field defects, principles and techniques of performing a manual visual field test using a Goldmann perimeter. This will include how to interpret results to identify potential visual field defects with emphasis on proper patient positioning, target presentation, and accurate mapping of visual field boundaries.

1. By the end of this lecture, attendees will be able to analyze a patient's visual field and prescribe the correct lenses.
2. By the end of Dr. Plumley's lecture, the attendees will understand when to use the Goldmann Visual field in place of automated visual field.
3. This webinar gives some insight into properly calibrating the Goldmann Visual Field machine.
