Course Description:

Identify ethical principles used in ophthalmology and learn to evaluate and articulate their moral, policy and legal obligations for the eye care team in their practical application of these principles.


Learning Objectives:
  1. Identify the governing ethical principles
  2. Describe the practical application of these principles.
  3. Outline the duties of the ophthalmologist and health care professionals.
  4. Differentiate the ethical decisions in providing patient care.
